Returns

With each purchase we hope to provide the best quality and service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 working days (UK), and 10 working days (International). We will then issue a full refund minus the original postage cost. The value of refund will exclude shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, in the same condition you received it. Items that do not meet this criteria, the time limit, or are non-returnable, will be denied. We take very good care and triple check our product before shipping.

We cannot offer refunds for problems relating to wash care, as naturally there is no proof that garments have been washed according to care instructions. We also do not offer refunds relating to natural shrinkage of garments during washing.

How to Return 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless in the unlikely event of a faulty item.  We therefore strongly recommend you send back items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a similar trackable method. Without this, we cannot refund you if we do not receive your parcel. If you have any further questions related to your return please contact us by email at info@angeleyefashion.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 -10 working days.

Late or missing refunds  

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@angeleyefashion.com

Exchanges  

UK Customers

You can return an item for an exchange if you'd like a different colour or size of the same item. If you want a different item, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

We'll send you an email to let you know once we've received your return with the details of any refunds and exchanged items. If an item is out of stock we’ll let you know we couldn’t exchange it and issue a refund instead. If an exchange is available, we’ll drop you another email once your new item has left our warehouse.

Any exchanged items will be sent to the default delivery address on your account using the same delivery service as your original order.

International Customers

We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.

Customs and Import Duty

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges or customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot give an exact figure of the fee you will incur. You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges when your parcel arrives.

Refusal of Parcels

If you refuse a parcel you will be liable for the return costs and Customs charges if applicable. These charges will be deducted from the cost of your order.
