Customs and Import Duty
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer.
Unfortunately we have no control over these charges or customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot give an exact figure of the fee you will incur. You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges when your parcel arrives.
Refusal of Parcels
If you refuse a parcel you will be liable for the return costs and customs charges if applicable. These charges will be deducted from the cost of your order.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
In the rare circumstance that an item is missing or lost in transit, we will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers. This can take up to 4 weeks to confirm with them the location of your parcel. Once we can confirm this, we can reimburse you.

If you don’t want to hear from us, you can click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all of our emails. Please note that it can take up to 14 working days for the change to take effect.
Do ANGELEYE use ethical labour in the production of their clothing?
We only use factories that meet our labour standards. We visit our factories frequently to make sure that they align with our values and working condition standards for their employees.
Do ANGELEYE use sustainable fabrics?
We are actively moving away from using polyester bases in our clothing and moving more into using viscose, cottons and linens, which are sustainable fabrics. With each new collection we launch, we are using more fabrics which have more of an organic feel and use less harsh chemicals in their production and manufacture.
What do ANGELEYE do to help the environment?
The environment we live in now, as well as the world we will pass on to future generations, is very important to all of us at ANGELEYE. We never throw away faulty or damaged garments; we always use other avenues to avoid disposing of our clothing in a way that is harmful to the environment. We are always striving to do more in the way of our impact on the environment and will be making changes as we go to improve this, such as using more recyclable plastics and more sustainable fabrics in our clothing and packaging.
