We will then issue a full refund minus the original postage cost.
The value of refund will exclude shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, in the same condition you received it. Items that do not meet this criteria, the time limit, or are non-returnable, will be denied. We take very good care and triple check our product before shipping.
We cannot offer refunds for problems relating to wash care, as naturally there is no proof that garments have been washed according to care instructions. We also do not offer refunds relating to the natural shrinkage of garments during washing.
